The 2nd Kojo Bentsi-Enchill Annual Memorial Lecture will be delivered by Hon Sir Nigel Boardman, a retired Senior Partner at the leading international law firm, Slaughter and May and a Non-Executive Board Member of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in the United Kingdom. The theme for the lecture will be "Investment in African Natural and Other Resources: What Should Governments and Investors Do to Ensure Success?"
